This policy explains how Harbuzi Studio handles personal information in connection with the Harbuzi Studio website at https://harbuzi.studio, the mobile games and mobile applications Harbuzi Studio publishes, related online services, and future Harbuzi Studio digital products that link to this policy.
Products do not all work the same way. A product processes information only where its features need it. A product does not necessarily collect every category listed below. When a statement applies only to some products, this policy says so.
Who we are
Harbuzi Studio is an independent studio that creates mobile applications, mobile games, and digital products.

Scope
This shared policy covers:
- the Harbuzi Studio website;
- mobile games published by Harbuzi Studio;
- mobile applications published by Harbuzi Studio;
- related online services, including email support and services that connect to those products; and
- future Harbuzi Studio digital products that link to this policy.
A product may also present a short additional notice. That notice applies together with this policy and describes anything specific to that product. This page remains the shared privacy policy.
Information that may be processed
Harbuzi Studio processes personal information when you contact us and when a product uses a feature that handles the categories below. Some of that information is handled by Harbuzi Studio. Some of it is handled by a third party under that party's own policy. The sections below keep those roles separate.
Depending on the product, information may include:
- contact and account details, such as an email address, a name, or an authentication identifier, when you email us or when a product offers an account;
- player or user details, such as a username, profile, score, achievement, or saved progress, when the product stores them;
- game and application data stored locally on your device, such as settings, progress, or cached content;
- device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, language, app version, IP address, and advertising identifiers where a product shows ads or the platform provides that identifier;
- usage, diagnostic, and crash information needed to operate, secure, or repair a product; and
- content you submit, such as a comment or a support message, and the address you write from.
This website does not ask you to create an account. If you email hello@harbuzi.studio, Harbuzi Studio receives the address you write from, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use that correspondence to reply and to discuss business, partnerships, or other inquiries.
Information stored only on your device is not automatically sent to Harbuzi Studio. A third party processes information when you use its service. Examples are the website host, Google when a product uses Google AdMob, and Apple or Google when you download a product or pay through the App Store or Google Play. Harbuzi Studio receives only what that service makes available for the feature, such as a message you sent us, an account identifier, or a purchase entitlement.
This website
The provider that hosts this website may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages requested. That processing is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose operational problems. The site is hosted by Vercel.
As of the date above, this website does not use advertising cookies and does not include a third-party analytics service. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.
How we use information
Where a feature uses the information, Harbuzi Studio may use it to:
- provide and maintain the website, games, applications, and related services;
- save settings, progress, and other product data;
- create or manage an account when a product offers one;
- respond to support, business, and partnership inquiries;
- show, limit, and measure advertising in products that include ads;
- provide a feature you purchased and recognize an active entitlement;
- protect the services, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures; and
- improve reliability and the features people actually use.
We use email correspondence to respond to you. We use technical visit data from this website only as needed to operate and protect the website.
Advertising
Certain Harbuzi Studio products use Google AdMob to show advertisements. Not every product shows ads.
When a product uses AdMob, Google and companies Google works with may process an advertising identifier, IP address, device information, and related technical data to deliver an ad, limit how often it appears, measure it, and reduce fraud. On Android the identifier may be the advertising ID. On iOS, access to the identifier for tracking depends on the permission described below.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Personalized ads can use an advertising identifier or information associated with your Google account, where that is allowed. Non-personalized ads are still ads. They are chosen with more limited information, such as coarse or contextual information, rather than a profile tied to your advertising identifier.
If you decline personalized advertising, reset or limit an advertising identifier, or refuse tracking permission, a product that shows ads may still show non-personalized ads. Those choices do not turn advertising off.

Advertising consent
In regions where a choice about advertising is required, a supported Harbuzi Studio application may use Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for consent and to record the choice. The message and the options it shows depend on the region and on that application's configuration.
Where the application supports it, you can change or withdraw that advertising consent later. The place to do so depends on the application. You can also use the advertising controls in your device settings and in Google Ads Settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was already lawful, and it does not by itself remove every advertisement.
App Tracking Transparency
An applicable iOS application may ask, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, for permission before it tracks you across other companies' apps and websites. You can allow or refuse that request.
You can review or change the choice later in the iOS Settings app, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking. Refusing permission limits that tracking. It does not, by itself, remove ads from a product that shows them. Apple describes its own handling of personal information in the Apple Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
Certain products may offer optional purchases, including subscriptions, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Not every product offers a purchase or a subscription. A purchase is available only when the product or its store listing offers it.
Apple or Google processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. Harbuzi Studio does not receive your full payment-card number from the store. Harbuzi Studio may process limited purchase information, such as a product identifier and whether an entitlement is active, so the product can provide the feature you bought.
You manage refunds and subscription cancellation through the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Those companies describe their processing in the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
Accounts and authentication
This website does not require an account. Some games and applications can be used without one. Some products may offer an account, and a particular feature may require one. An account is not required for every Harbuzi Studio product.
Where sign-in is offered, it may use an email address or an authentication provider such as Apple or Google. That provider authenticates you under its own privacy policy. If you use that sign-in, Harbuzi Studio may receive an identifier and, when the provider shares them, an email address or display name so the product can recognize the account.
Local storage and cloud services
Some products store information on your device. Others may also store or synchronize information with a cloud service, for example to keep an account, saved progress, or content available between sessions. Which of these a product does depends on its features. Not every product works offline, and not every product keeps data only on the device.
Deleting local data, or uninstalling a product, removes information stored only on that device. Uninstalling does not automatically delete information that Harbuzi Studio or a third party stores in the cloud. To ask Harbuzi Studio to delete account or other cloud information it holds, email hello@harbuzi.studio.
Content you submit
Where a product lets you submit content, such as a username, profile, comment, or other material, Harbuzi Studio uses it to operate that feature, to display it in the way the product describes, and to address abuse. Other people may be able to see content the product shows to them. Please do not submit personal information you do not want other users to see.
Third-party services
Products use different providers. The providers confirmed for this policy are:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and may process technical logs for delivery, security, and diagnostics;
- Google AdMob, when a product shows ads through AdMob, as described under Advertising;
- Apple and Google, when you download a product from the App Store or Google Play or pay through those stores; and
- an email provider, which carries messages you send to hello@harbuzi.studio.
If a product offers sign-in through Apple, Google, or another authentication provider, that provider processes the sign-in under its own policy. A product that does not offer that sign-in does not use it.
This website does not include a third-party analytics service. A mobile product may still process diagnostic information as described above. This policy names a provider only where that provider's use is confirmed.
Legal bases and international transfers
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, Harbuzi Studio uses one or more of these bases, depending on the activity:
- contract, to provide a product, account, or purchase you asked for;
- legitimate interests, to keep the services secure, answer ordinary inquiries, fix technical problems, and improve the services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- consent, where a product asks for it, including advertising consent where the law requires a choice and iOS tracking permission; and
- legal obligation, where the law requires information to be kept or disclosed.
You may withdraw a consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal. Where the basis is legitimate interests, you may object as described under Your rights.
Harbuzi Studio and its providers may process information in countries other than yours, including countries outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Turkey. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where the GDPR requires a safeguard for a transfer, Harbuzi Studio uses the safeguard the relevant provider makes available, such as standard contractual clauses, together with any supplementary measures that provider applies. Google and Apple describe their own transfers in the privacy policies linked above.
How long we keep information
Harbuzi Studio keeps personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, including to provide a feature, finish a request, handle a dispute, or meet a legal duty. It is then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a fixed number of days for every category, because the period depends on the product and the purpose.
Email correspondence is kept while it is needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up, and it is deleted when that is no longer necessary. Hosting logs are retained for the period set by the hosting provider for security and operations.
Information stored only on your device remains there until you delete it or remove the product. Account and other cloud-stored information is kept while that feature is in use, and longer only where it is still needed for security, a dispute, or a legal duty. Uninstalling an application does not automatically delete cloud-stored information, and it does not delete records held by Apple, Google, or another third party.
You can ask Harbuzi Studio to delete personal information it holds by emailing hello@harbuzi.studio. If a third party holds the information, we will say so where we can and point you to that provider. We cannot delete a third party's own records for them.
Children
Intended audiences and age ratings differ by product. The store listing for a game or application shows its age rating. This website is a general studio site. It is not directed at collecting personal information from children.
Where a product is directed to children, or the law treats its users as children, collection and advertising for that product are limited as the applicable law and store rules require. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete the information Harbuzi Studio holds.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access personal information Harbuzi Studio holds about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a copy of information you provided where portability applies, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.
If the GDPR applies, you may complain to a supervisory authority in your country of residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
If Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) applies, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about that processing, ask for correction or deletion, object to a result reached solely by automated analysis that is to your detriment, and complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
To use these rights with Harbuzi Studio, write to hello@harbuzi.studio. We may ask for enough information to find the request and to confirm that we are responding to the right person. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and otherwise within a reasonable time. We may keep information where the law allows or requires it, including to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
Security
Harbuzi Studio uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
Harbuzi Studio may update this shared policy when it releases a product, changes a service, or changes how information is handled. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Please review this page for the current version. Where a change materially affects a product you use, that product may also show a notice when it is reasonable to do so.
